We are excited to be welcoming The Curry Lab to Provenance from mid September 2026.

The Curry Lab is a new Indian dining experience in the heart of the Barossa, created to revive the forgotten flavours of India’s culinary past. Their menu explores distinctive spices and flavour combinations that were once treasured in Indian cooking but are rarely used today, carefully incorporating them into dishes inspired by traditional recipes and techniques. Diners can also explore the interactive Spice Library, where they can see and smell a wide variety of spices and discover the ingredients behind their cooking. Guided by their philosophy, “Where Indian flavours meet culinary science,” The Curry Lab will bring the aromas, flavours and stories of India’s historic kitchens back to the table for today’s diners.

Located in the heart of the Barossa Valley, Provenance Barossa is home to a collection of artisanal food and beverage businesses. The successful Barossa Bridal boutique also calls Provenance home.

You’ll find everything from wine, gin and coffee to tapas. Nothing brings people together quite like good food and a cheeky beverage.
